Dear Mr. Wright,
Thank you for buying tickets to the winter concert at Riverside Concert Hall. We are delighted that you will be joining us. This email contains your tickets and some important information, so please read it carefully before the day of the concert.
You have bought two tickets for the concert on Saturday, December 13. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the music will begin at 7:00 p.m. Your seats are in Row F, numbers 12 and 13. Please show the tickets attached to this email, either printed or on your phone, when you arrive.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive early. To avoid disturbing the musicians, latecomers may not be allowed to enter until the first piece of music has finished. Please also remember to turn off your phone before the concert begins.
If you are unable to attend, you may return your tickets for a refund up to three days before the concert. After that date, we are sorry that we cannot offer any refund. Drinks and light snacks will be on sale in the entrance hall both before the concert and during the short break in the middle. If you have any special needs, such as a seat near the door, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help. We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a wonderful evening of music.
Best regards,
The Riverside Concert Hall Team
