Dear Mr. Tanaka,
Thank you for registering for the evening English course at Brightway Language School. We are looking forward to helping you improve your English. Please read this email carefully, as it contains important information about your course.
Your course will begin on Monday, September 1. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday evening, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and the course lasts for three months. Your classroom is Room 204 on the second floor. On the first day, please arrive ten minutes early so that we can check your name and give you your textbook.
This term, we have made one change to the schedule. Because of a national holiday, there will be no class on Monday, September 22. Instead, we will hold a special class on Saturday, September 27, at the usual time. Please make a note of this date so that you do not miss it.
If you ever need to miss a class, you may join another class at the same level during the same week. Just let your teacher know in advance. If you cannot find your classroom on the first day, the staff at the front desk will be glad to show you the way. If you have any questions before the course starts, please call our office or reply to this email, and we will usually answer you within one working day.
We wish you a great start to your studies!
Best regards,
Brightway Language School
